The Medical Provider & Aesthetic Injector
Kiawana Priestley is our Nurse Practitioner and Aesthetic injector. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2006, and her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Prairie View A&M University in 2011. She holds certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is an active member of the Obesity Medicine Association, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN), and Allergan Medical Institute.
Kiawana encompasses a vast array of expertise in wellness, medical weight management, aesthetics, family medicine, chronic disease management, and urgent care. She is also an esteemed Nurse Practitioner mentor and clinical instructor, providing a wealth of knowledge to aspiring Nurses and Nurse Practitioners.

Her passion lies within creating a positive self-reflection and promoting wellness within others through diversity, integrity, and clinical excellence. As a dedicated medical and aesthetic practitioner, she takes pride in her unique ability to provide natural aesthetic results and enhance total wellness in clients. Her longevity in the industry, phenomenal client interaction, and diligent approach to holistic patient care makes her a sought after provider in the community.

The Medical Director
Frank J. Ponce, III, MD, MPH, is a member of the American Association of Family Physicians (AAFP), American Medical Association (AMA), Harris County Medical Society (HCMS), Texas Academy of Family Physicians (TAFP) and Texas Medical Association (TMA). In his free time, Dr. Ponce enjoys boating, golfing, skiing, billiards and watching college basketball.​​​​​
The Clinic Manager
Jimaniece "Gem" Berry is our Clinic and Operations Manager. Gem obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations/Advertising and Health Education, and in Corporate Communications and Marketing from University of Houston. She plans to pursue her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in the near future.
Gem has 15 years experience as a specialty pharmaceutical sales representative and is clinically trained in over 10 specialties, including, but not limited to weight loss, diabetes, endocrinology, women's health, oncology, neurological, and psychiatry. She also has experience as a health educator in the biometric testing space, and spent time as a faculty advisor and teacher at The University of Maryland.
Before her career in healthcare, Gem worked in politics for several years with former New York State Governor and Senator. As a community liaison and policy analyst, she was able to make a positive impact on healthcare policy and legislation.
Gem is also an advocate for mental health awareness. She was recently crowned United States of America's Ms. Texas
2024. Through her pageant platform, "Total Sparkle: Beyond the Pill," she is able to advocate for mental health awareness, raise money for local charities that assist those with mental health diagnosis and/or those in crisis!
In her spare time she enjoys cooking, fishing, baking her famous peach cobble, traveling and hanging out with her 2 children at the beach!
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Leslie Do is our Registered Nurse and Aesthetic Injector. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University in 2024. Before becoming an RN, Leslie spent three years as a Medical Assistant specializing in Urgent Care, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care.
Leslie offers personalized treatments, including Botox/Neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, IV hydration, and other advanced aesthetic techniques. She is dedicated to creating balanced, refreshed results that enhance each client’s unique features.
Passionate about patient education and safety, Leslie continually stays up-to-date on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine. Her goal is to help clients look and feel their best with subtle, transformative enhancements.
Outside of work, she enjoys shopping, doing arts and crafts, and exploring new hobbies in her free time!
Spa Coordinator/Social Media Specialist
Lauren is a dedicated Spa Coordinator and Social Media Specialist in the field of aesthetics, She graduated as a licensed Esthetician in 2021. Lauren brings a blend of medical expertise and a passion for beauty and wellness. With a strong background in patient care and a great eye for detail. Lauren strives to provide a seamless and rejuvenating experience for all patients. Her main goal is to enhance natural beauty while ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism.​​
